So you're worried about your state's future. Unemployment is high, growth is slow, etc. Well, things could be worse; you could be living in California where yes, unemployment is high and growth is slow, but it's also where Republican gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman pledges to eliminate, outsource and downsize tens-of-thousands of jobs. And she has the experience to do just that -- when she was eBay CEO from hell, she slashed jobs and shipped 40% of her workforce overseas... all while giving herself huge bonuses and flashy perks.

The scene is California's 2010 gubernatorial race, and it's not exactly the stellar star casting of Scorsese or Coppola... no, it's has-been Jerry Brown vs. liar-liar-pantsuit-on-fire Meg Whitman.

Democrat Jerry Brown -- once Cali's Gov, Secretary of State, AG, and even Mayor of Oakland -- who's most famous saying is, "If it's yellow, let it mellow.  if it's brown, flush it down" (ecologically speaking) is neck and neck with billionaire GOP-er Meg Whitman who has no problem spending her own giant wad of cash covering the airwaves with un-fact-checked advertisements.

Read: Wall St. Whitman about her plans for ruining thousands of careers, and Settlement was Paid in Whitman Shoving Incident where she had to pay for angrily assaulting an employee. It's a scary time for our friends -- jobless and employed -- on the left coast.

Minimum Wage

Workers in BMW's auto plants in Germany make twice as much as US workers in BMW plants who make $15 an hour. Oh and by the way German workers get 35 days of vacation AND decent healthcare.

The tea party want to abolish the minimum wage. Did YOU VOTE?
