WHAT? WAIT... now you're giving the taxpayer bail-out money to the banks to quell and arrest protesters???? Are you kidding me?
Just when you thought it couldn't get any more Kafka-Orwell-esque, the banks aim to completely control the police department --who are already heavy-handling peaceful Occupy Wall Street protesters.
