After blocking UI benefits twice, yelling, "TOUGH SHIT!" on the Senate floor and flipping the bird to a reporter, Republican Senator Bunning of Kentucky abandoned his one-man filibuster in a deal that allows him to place a hold on all executive-branch appointments. The whopping one month federal extension will now go forward.
