The senate is dysfunctional. The house has passed over 290 bills though 2009 to date that are still WAITING in the senate for a vote. They have been stalled by treat of filibuster by the repubs. Call them. Give them hell. Why should we vote for anyone for the senate if they arent prepared to do the work?
