Just when you thought things couldn't get any worse for the 90% of Americans who combined make less than the richest 10%, we now get to experience yet another plan by the super-rich in billion-dollar-bizarro-land: They want to tax the poor in order to subsidize their taxes!  It's Big Brother Meets Leona Helmsley.  Read The Wonk Room article on who's behind this megalomaniacal scheme -- the Wall Street Journal, Karl Rove, Wisconsin Republican Congressperson Ryan...  and the like, of course.
